Refund Policy
I only accept refunds for the following situations:
- Your product arrived damaged. You must a provide photo of the damaged product in its original packaging.
- You received a different item than the one you ordered. You must provide a photo of the item you received.
Please contact me through the Contact Us page, or email etherealmoonyteas@gmail.com. Please include the required photos in your initial inquiry.
I will notify you as soon as possible if your refund inquiry has been accepted. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 (ten) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
