Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to U.S. customers.

Your shipping cost is automatically calculated through our website by weight to give you the best shipping options available for your area, and you are able to choose between multiple options at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $100 automatically receive free shipping!

What are your processing times?

We create the tea blends and and hand fill each individual jar. All orders will be shipped out in the order that they are received. Please have patience and allow for longer processing times for the holidays. We are a small business and hand-blend each of our teas, so our typical processing time may lengthen from 3-5 business days to 7-10 business days during the holiday season, depending on order sizes and shipping backlogs.

How do you brew your tea?

Fill a metal tea ball or paper tea bag with 1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz. Pour boiling water over tea. Let steep for 3-4 minutes depending on desired strength. Sweeten to taste.

How do I take care of my tea?

Please keep your tea jar in a cool, dry place. The tea/herbs can lose their potency and flavor if left in sunlit areas for long periods of time.

Where do the “magical properties” come from?

I use Cunningham’s Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs as a source for magical properties, as well as my extensive knowledge as a kitchen/eclectic witch.

Where do you source your herbs/spices/tea from?

I source my herbs, spices, and teas from various wholesalers. San Francisco Herb Company, Starwest Botanicals, Herbal Mansion, and Mount Hope Wholesale are my mainstays.

Where do you source your glitter from?

The glitter I use is the Brew Glitter brand. More information on Brew Glitter can be found HERE.

Is your tea considered "organic"?

My business is not registered with the USDA as organic. However, many of the products I use in my tea blends are registered as organic or fair trade from the wholesalers I purchase from.

How much glitter is in each jar?

There is approximately 1/8th of a teaspoon of edible glitter per 9 oz amber jar - each jar will vary as I do this process by hand.

Do you sell tea without glitter in it?

Yes. Simply go to the product's page and click the "Options" tab. You can choose to order tea without glitter.

Do you sell decaf?

Yes. Decaf is not available for every blend, as it depends on the ingredients in the tea (for example, cacao nibs contain caffeine therefore tea blends with cacao nibs cannot be made decaf). If a tea blend is available to be made decaf, it will be shown in the "Options" menu on the product's page.

Do you donate tea for personal reviews and giveaways?

Yes! Please reach out through the Contact Us page if you are interested. If you are another bookish business that would like to partner with us for a giveaway, please reach out to us!

Do you make custom blends?

Yes! Please reach out through the Contact Us page if you are interested in a custom blend for personal use OR if you are an author seeking custom tea blends for your characters.
